The Guild Cinema
The Guild Cinema, one of Albuquerque’s historic theaters, is the subject of our newest spotlight! Keif and Don, the current owners, have been in charge of hosting countless films and festivals from unique documentaries to Spaghetti Westerns. One of the newest additions to Nob Hill is Avenger’s Vintage, an inviting shop packed to the ceiling with amazing vintage pieces ranging from the 20’s to the 70’s. The owner, Das Anastasiou, has been into vintage clothing since he was a teenager living in London and now, after starting in the industry in San Francisco, has opened his newest vintage clothing store right here in Nob Hill. Head over to Avenger’s Vintage to meet Nob Hill’s newest member, but make sure you give yourself plenty of time to look through this store filled with gems!
Duke City Herbs & Bake Shop
Welcome Duke City Herbs & Bake Shop to the neighborhood! They’ve been in their cozy location in east Nob Hill for 8 months now and have been serving the community with quality CBD options from edibles to topical treatments to cosmetics. The owners Jana and Francisco know their stuff and can answer any questions you have about their products and what will suit you best. We Know Video Games
We’re happy to welcome one of Nob Hill’s newest additions to the community, We Know Video Games! Owner and video game lover Michael Brown started We Know Video Games by selling video games from his collection online, and after initially setting up shop in a mall kiosk now owns four locations including this newest one in Nob Hill, Albuquerque. Aiming to get away from the limitations of being in malls and to create greater community involvement, We Know Video Games hosts events nearly every day encouraging people to come together and hang out in their awesome space in Nob Hill.
With their ability to beat the prices of their large competitors while also thinking locally and facilitating a diverse community of video game lovers, we’re happy to have We Know Video Games in the neighborhood!
V Roast Bistro
Welcome V Roast Bistro to the neighborhood in our newest Business Spotlight! The owners moved from their previous location near UNM to Nob Hill and have been offering their delicious air roasted coffee and a tasty all vegan menu to the district ever since! V Roast uses an on-site roasting process that’s cleaner than mainstream coffee roasting technology which makes them the spot for some of the healthiest and freshest coffee in Nob Hill. Lumen: Mind Body Float
We’re excited to share with you another great Nob Hill business. Lumen: Mind Body Float is a whole-body wellness and optimization spa. Lumen owner, Dan, has been involved with the Nob Hill district for years beginning with his music career when he played live gigs at the venues in the area. Fast forward to today- he’s brought advanced technologies and progressive strategies to rejuvenating the mind and body. Take a breather and stop by the shop!
Sachi Organics is a local business that has been in Nob Hill for 36 years. Lois and her son Niccolo have focused on handcrafting all-natural and organic home goods, and this video really gives you a sense of the time and thought they put into their products.

Rise and shine at Helix Coffee and Yoga! One of Nob Hill’s newest additions is a husband and wife team, Vincent and Kristen, who combined their passions for coffee and yoga (hence the helix) to provide a space where community can connect and interact similar to traditional European coffee houses.
ABQ Luggage and Zipper Repair
ABQ Luggage and Zipper Repair is a Nob Hill business that started in 1988. Self-taught owner, Joel Grieshaber, opened up shop in Nob Hill to repair broken items as an alternative to throwing them out, explaining that he was probably “green” before it was cool. ABQ Luggage and Zipper Repair works on a wide range of items, including purses, jackets, golf bags, and much more!
